FALL BATTLE TOURNAMENT SIGN UPS by HELLION

Event starts Fall 5th
Trainers all across Querencia gather for the seasonal tournament. Trainers can sign up with a max of six Pokémon per team. The field has been modified to be a mess of gnarled roots with scattered leaves, a large tree is in the middle of the field.

Tournament sign-ups go up a few days before. The tournament bracket will go up the day the tournament starts.

In the spirit of the season, the contest is the theme is Haunted Graveyard Coordinators and their Pokémon have time to make a five move routine and best incorporates the overall theme.

Koshians children dress up and go house to house asking for treats and goodies from their neighbors. The community room is decorated to have games and sweet treats for the students. When the full moon as at her peak, some like to head out to have a clear view of the bright moon. Children are allowed to skip school the following day.

HARVEST FESTIVAL

Event starts Fall 28th

All of Querencia comes together in private homes with family and friends or in the community room for a hearty meal made from what was harvested for the fall season. Young Koshians are taken by their parents to leave gifts of food and pokemon food near the edge of the wilds.

The Shrine is decorated with a food offering, which is always consumed before the next morning.

KOSHIN

SHIPPING DOCK
New Beginnings [Open/Mod] by HELLION

The main hub for Koshin, the shipping yard is maze-like. Boat docks, as well as warehouses for goods, make up the majority of the area. The shipyard master has an office near the front to mark where it officially becomes Koshin city. Newcomers to Koshin are often directed to City Hall to help them settle in.

CITY PLAZA

The center of town, all roads lead to the City Plaza. The plaza is active all hours of the day but almost eerily quiet between the hours of midnight and three am.

The main street with various shops and stores on either side. The street itself is often decorated to fit the season. Wild pokemon sometimes venture onto the street in an attempt to sneak food from unknowning trainers. A vast majority of shop owners offer up food to these pokemon.

A league certified battle field for Pokémon trainers to go head to head. Near the outskirts of town, to avoid unwanted property damage, this area is well kept. A pair of bleachers sit on either side. Battles can take place elsewhere in the city but fine can be given if property is damaged.

FARMLANDS

THE LOOKOUT

One of the more unique areas of Koshin, a tall and thin building stands near the edge of the city. While newcomers may question the purpose of the tower, inhabitants of the city and the land around it know this tower as one of the tallest in the whole valley. The building reminds many of a lighthouse, for there are many stairs to climb in a circular shape around the walls of the interior before reaching a small landing at the top, accompanied by a door. Upon exiting the door, one can see the entirety of Koshin City, a decent portion of the canopy of the wilds, the open land and farms around the city, and the ocean off in the distance. It is a very long and often painful trek to the top of the tower, but the view is well worth it, especially if you reach the top at sunset. Though, those afraid of heights are highly discouraged from coming here.

An abandoned house near a secluded marsh. Only accessible during times of low water, mostly summer and early fall. The house has been nearly taken over by the marsh itself. Formally a large three-story estate. The floors of since toppled onto each other creating a dangerous place to explore.

WILD LANDS

WHITE SAND BEACH

An area at the edge of the ocean that is covered in very bright pale, nearly white, sand that covers it, similar to a beach. Technically this area could be considered Wilds, but during nice weather in the Summer, many people come here to swim and just enjoy the heat. Sometimes even Pokemon can be found lounging here in the heat.

An almost untouched forest. A few trails lead deep into the heavily wooded area. Rumor is there is a hidden cave that grants wish to those who find it and are brave enough to explore. However, there is a second more unsettling rumor. Those that leave the trails in search of the cave are lost forever.

An area of land just east of Koshin. The area is known for having rugged terrain that even the most experienced explorers have difficulty navigating. The area got its name for the charred look to the ground. No one can explain how it happened. The highlands make up the base of Mount Nialand
