A rather old building from the early days of Koshin. Oran Apartments has always been just that. Apartments tend to be small with only one or two bedrooms. While pokemon are permitted to roam within their trainer's apartments. It is frowned upon to allow them to cause any damage and can result in charges. The building itself is only 4 stories high. There is a rooftop garden/patio area for all residents to use with garden boxes reserved by apartment number.
